Our Guarantee

No List is perfect but our guarantee covering Hard Bounces is the best in the industry.

Before purchasing any Business List from any supplier we advise you to always check their Business Terms for details of any Guarantee. Many suppliers will make many claims of List quality and mention the word “Guarantee” many times in their Sales Content but when you drill down into their Business Terms you will often find there is No meaningful guarantee whatsoever! Or if there is one,  you will often find a guarantee that only 90% – 95% of the supplied email addresses will not be hard bounces even though sales pages claim that the email addresses have just been verified!

We believe our lists contain the most accurate and updated information possible. After all, few other List suppliers go to such lengths to ensure that the data you purchase is accurate and up to date, and is sold with a meaningful Guarantee.

However we also recognize that no database can be perfect. Businesses are constantly opening, closing, and relocating.  Some business email addresses of named individuals are occasionally left active even after that employee leaves that business. Also, existing business website addresses expire and sometimes get used for other unrelated purposes. So it’s natural to receive a small number of outdated records.

That’s why we offer our 100% No Hard Bounce Guarantee. You will receive a refund (not just a Credit or replacement data) for any portion of the email address records that Hard Bounce or that are incorrect. Please see full details below, or in our Business Terms

.
