Please understand that we do not accept, support or offer refunds based on the results of email “verification” services?

The reason that we do not accept the results of Email Verification services is that after testing many such services they produced VERY different and often unreliable results.  Also many of these services will not mark email addresses as Valid if they are “Catch All” (the recipient’s server cannot report immediately if the email is valid or not)  Also they often will not mark Generic Emails (ie info@) as Valid, then they will also mark a number of the email addresses as “Unknown or “No result” which means they cannot be checked.  This is why as per our Terms of Business (see link in the footer) we only provide refunds for hard bounces where an email has really been sent.
